thats a tough one

I used a wooden clamp, would is too soft to damage a cam

if you dont have a wooden clamp, take some wood and stick it inbetween a C clamp

there should be a hole in the cam under one of the caps. either the first or second from the pulley. jam an allen wrench or something in it and it will hold it still while you loosen the pulley. or if your a baller, snap on makes a tool thats perfect for this and lineing them up.

If the cams are LS cams, they have a 27mm hex cast into part of the shaft, you can hold the cams there.
