Okay so I was parked in front of my house against the curb getting into my car and some bitch practically takes my door off the hinge so I obviously need a new door. I'll post pics asap. My question is what else can I have the bodyshop thats doing the work do to my car. I will obviously get enuff $$$ to do some extra **** that I wanna, Seeing that I wasnt even driving the car, had my hazards ON/Toyota Altezza ballast 9000k HID's ON and was on the CORRECT side of the road

it all depends on if there a custom shop or not, a bodyshop can do anything basically that you want them to as long as you have the mula for the job

I say get some slack jaw to fix your car half *** and get some cool new gear for your whip.

If you get money back from your work your getting a half assed job done and your car will never be correct. Shops that cost more generally have better equipment and competent employees.

?? how the hell do you get in a parked car if its parked on the street then? climb through the passenger side?

 

i know it sounds bizar, but that unfortunatly is how the law was explained to me. my mother was in a similar accident and she was charged with the accident. as weird as it may sound, yes you are supposed to climb through. i know damn well i wouldnt cliimb through myself. i would just be extra cautious.

 

as far as i no im gettin 4k! Well c tho. Hood thinnoldings,spoon mirrors and a oem paint job along with my jdm sidemarkers w/ advans above em rokkin the shocker angled on the rear, mite even get tcr door panels outta of it cuz it nees new panels too. Will they fir a 99 si?

4K, damn son how much damage? that sounds like too much to me. and if you are that's to cover the repairs, not do extra ****. unless your going to have some 1/2 shop do the work (where they'll cut corners) so you can do this. but if you have the money do WTF you want. it's what you like not what H-T likes.

You won't "obviously get some extra money". You'll probally end up getting the cost of the door and repair to get it back on the car, and it won't ever be quite right.

You said you had credit card debt to pay off and u'd want "to help a fellow ht member" - now ur saying "expletive the pple on ht", with that said and done, he explained the situation pretty thoroughly, if you have somethign to add (now would be a good time), do it. You probably had the B16 cam, you thought it was a CTR cam, you sent it to him, that was that. I extremely doubt he'd go through all this work if he didn't actually get screwed.

Like I'd really go through all this **** for that little $$, I'm a mechanical engineer.

I just hate it when people scam hard working people out of money. They're ******** and they give car people a bad name, not to mention making it hard for all the honest people out there.

I will be filing a police report tomorrow and filing a claim with an online fraud protection agency who has helped me in the past.
