JDM gauge cluster install issue
I recently got the JDM gauge cluster from 94-96 integra. My ride is a 97-01 integra and I'm having trouble wiring up the gauge cluster. In the pic below is a yellow plug on the left side of this pic, does anyone know what that plug is for? Also, does anyone know if I remove the gauge faces (temp, rpm, speedo, and fuel) from my old gauge cluster and replace it with the JDM gauge faces, will that work? Anyone who has experience, please let me know. Thank you

Which is the better solution to remove the gauge faces and replace it with my old cluster shell or to rewire the cluster with the JDM version? Does having the SRS plug make a difference because the JDM cluster doesn't have the SRS plug on the back.
Did anyone catch this?

The reason to swap flim or gauges is to do a 94-97 or 98+ swap. If this is a 94-97 cluster and your car is a 98+. Or going to need to either:
1. Swap green flims
2. Or use the JDM gauges in your US cluster.
Either way is really easy, I had a 98+ cluster into my 00 teg and it still didn't work right. So I used some of the mad tight jdm symbols and the gauges, put all this into my US cluster. Worked out great. PM me if you have anymore questions.

Might as well swap the gauges into the USDM housing since you'll be removing the screws in the back no matter what. Don't forget to swap over the bezel and the USDM light icons (the right two and the left bottom) onto the JDM bezel.

Yeah I caught it
But the years go 94-97 and 98-01. JDM is a lil different of course, so I have no idea what specific year grouping his car is in.

who cares. just swap out the plastic at first then. to see if it works. it only takes literally 5 mins.

Thanks for the help. I actually got it to work and it's beautiful. The only thing that's bugging me now is the odometer is higher than my normal millage and it's in km/h instead of mph. Any suggestions? Overall a great mod.

Thanks for all the help here. Sometimes searching works only if you know the keywords to use. Trust me, I've tried and that's why I asked because I couldn't find anything. Plus that's how we learn by asking. Again thanks for all the help guys.
