That's completely up to you, there's 1001 roads you can take, the most common:
mini-me swap w/ Z6 head >optional D-series turbo build
LS/VTEC
B16 (99/00 Si)
LS
GSR
ITR
K20 (RSX)
H22 (prelude)
B20 (CRV)
B20/VTEC (B20 + B16 or B18 head)

HE MEANS PUTING A Z6 HEAD ON YOUR BLOCK. SIMPLE AND HELLA OF CHEAP. YOULL HAVE VTEC AND A GOOD BASE FOR TURBO.
