Yes, you can still boost it.
Do a compression check to judge how healthy your engine is. Then plan out a few things such as how much power you want to make, how much money you have to spend, and what your future plans are for the car.
After you do that, spend about a 3 days searching the archives. Then make your decision.

theres a lot you can do, start with bolt ons liek headers intake and exhaust, then work your internals and get a good tune to squeeze all thepower you can out of it. theres ALOT you can do ifyour all stock

Where do I want to go wtih my car (power wise) and how much do I have to spend.
If you put on the bolt ons like intake, header, exhaust... and then decide to go turbo.. you wasted money on the bolt ons that you won't get back selling them used.
Figure out where you want to go, and then start buying parts.
