What are the codes?
I had the problem and it turned out that honda sold me a bad o2 sensor for the front ... also make sure your contacts are clean and wires not fraid bc that will increase resistance and throw codes.... without actual codes.. kindof hard to diagnose.

did you replace them yourself? if so, did you reset the ECU to get rid of the light?

i went to autozone so they could tell me what codes are being thrown, it was bank 1 02, and also some catylitic BS, i have a high flow cat as well, and i know that contributes to the problem, so i got an upstream sensor, ima bout to put it on, but having the hf cat, is that gonna keep the light on? regardless if the 02 sensors r good, is there anything u can do about that if it does??? like tricks, or secrets?

is your car 96 or newer and if so is your high flow a real cat or just a bolt in resonator. if its a 96 up and your cat is just a resonator then its throwing the code cause it sees that theres no cat.

no need to by those, just put a 1 meg ohm resister inline with the 2nd o2 signal wire. should solve the problem and still read mixture off the 1st o2. cost about 10 cents at radio shack.

just buy some spark plug foulers and put them on the second sensor. you don't use a simulator on the first sensor. there are write ups on this all over the place. just search around
