overheating..... need help
Car is overheating when idel......just changed thermostat, refilled coolant, and it was fine for 2 days.... then overheat again when stop.....temp drop back down to normal when moving, then overheat when stop.....no white smoke coming out, any idea? Help please...... Also how do you know if you have a blown gasket?? Thanks in advance guys!!
if you had a blown gasket, the performance of the car would be really bad, not to mention you will see white smoke.
burb the system. the one thing people either forget or overlook.
let the car cool, open the radiator cap, start the car, pour more fluid into the radiator until you can't no more and then close the cap back up. and then you'll be all done, you shouldn't have a problem then!
