T25 at 6-8 psi in a Civic
just got a free t25 from my buddy, not up much on the the whole car scene, call me a ricer i dont really care, but i just wanna check and see if 6-8 psi on a d16y8 is too much, some are tellin me it will ruin my engine, or possibly could, others say it is fine, can anyone give me some help here or advice?
It's fine. Many people run T25's on d-series motors. I am one of them
Check out http://www.homemadeturbo.com so you can see what all you need to fab up to get the turbo on and workin. And 6-8 psi with that turbo is fine as long as the motor is properly tuned.
