downpipe
walbro fuel pump
chipped ecu
obd1 converion harness
blow off valve
chargepipes
wastegate, if its not internal
oil lines for turbo

im not sure if its absolutely necessary, but you have to modify your factory fan or get a slimmer fan to make space for everything

you can boost 5 psi on 11:1, but i wouldnt go any higher unless you have a great tuner

If thats all you're planning to invest in your turbo setup, then save your money and stay NA, 'cause your car will not last a week...

you have a stock 10.6:1 CR. you'll be just fine boosting 5psi. you'll probably make around 230-250whp on that setup.

make sure the turbo isnt to big. a t3/t04e turbo would be almost perfect for you car. i love it!

get a gt28 turbo, boost 6 psi. Have it tuned conservatively. Do everything to keep underhood temps down and you'll have a blast.

St00pid tuned a b18c5 on 6 psi. Made nice power on a conservative tune. don't be discouraged from the project, just know what you're getting into.

ya you can get 215whp easily, but you have to get the things i listed. Your limit for the stock motor is around 300whp, so if you tune it good, you should last pretty long on only 215whp

t3 super 60, gt28r, or gt28rs

depending on how much headroom you want to leave for the future and how much money you want to spend

if i was going to go the t3 route i'd say might as well do the super 60 because the difference in it and a .63 t3 would be very small

that gt28rs is what was used on that JDM ITR and those things max out around 400ish give or take... but responds great with ITR motors

215whp haha just stick with n/a then. itr's have been bosted reliable many times its proven just watch the for detonation and keep an eye on the timing. gt28 would be my choice if i had ur setup good response and enough flow too keep u happy in the future.

i dont suggest playing with timing that much on a set up like that. I'm over 400whp and haven't touched my timing at all.

Just get it tuned properly with the fuel and all you should be good.

buddy of mine has a 01 R, evo2 exhaust, no cat, drag kit, pumped out 244whp @ 6psi on a shitty tune.

you should make your 215 easy...
