F23 turbo setup, Turbo size?
I'm building a small homemade turbo setup for my brother's Accord f23 98.
Question is: He buy a turbo supposed to be a .48/.60 T3, but is a .48/.42 turbo...
It seem a little small even for a small setup.
He don't want more than ~220 motor hp, redline 7300rpm i think, ~5-7psi.
Is it gonna do the job or it will creep, drop boost, don't boost enough , anything.
I don't know enough of turbo size to answer that.
Don't tell me to buy a real turbo, I allready tell him that, he must do it after school.

It will work for the time being till he can afford something better. Prob won't make the power he wants but it will work.
And as far as taking an f23 to 7300........
