Looks to be a 1.6 VT-i cluster, but I could be mistaken.

Yeah, there should be some European members on this board that can help you out. Should be easier to get hook-ups though seeing as you're in Canada.

That aint a 1.6-VT cluster... it's a ZC,Si/EF7 - 1.6i-16/ED9 cluster.
They can be found in any of your regular ED9's (EF7's) with KPH
(ie: Australia/New Zealand/South Africa/Japan/Malaysia/Hong Kong etc)

that is not true cause those have 7300rpm red limit and are only to 210km/h
this is iVT cluster you can find it in europe, england has mph one...
