Thats a ukdm cluster. They pop up on ebay every now and then and usually go for about $300 unless you are lucky and can get it for less.
The ef ukdm cluster are a little easier to find and they also go up to 140mph.
There are a few EF clusters on ebay now. And one EP cluster that goes to 160mph.

so that means taking out the tach from the cluster right? cuz I took my cluster out today to examine if the bulbs for the "coupe" were behind the cluster...i didn't see any bulbs behind it...so i figured they're inside the cluster behind the tach no?

Re: EJ1 JDM Gauge Cluster question? (JDM ***)
That gauge cluster wasn't just available for the 2dr's. They were just available for both the 2dr's and hatches equipped with TCS. I've come across a couple TCS-equipped Civic hatches with that gauge cluster in UK and Japan.
Our USDM Civic hatchback doors don't have the door sensors on them that allow the TCS gauge clusters to work. So, the side door indicators won't work. On my first Si hatch, I had to buy another passenger-side door and got a JDM door. It had the sensor (switch-thing) in it by the door-latch that my USDM door didn't have. Wires would have to be ran to get it working. It doesn't use your existing door/domelight circuit. As far as your trunk circuit, you may need to repin it on the harness plug. I never got as far as the trunk circuit. I ended up selling that Si.
