Noise in engine bay
all i would do is check all of your hoses, and vacuam lines. if they are all good then i wouldn't worry about it. has it done it ever since?

It hasnt done it before, But i recently did a brake flush and was wondering if there is air in the system would the booster make a similar noise?

if you had air in the brake lines, you would have a mushy brake pedal. as for the hissing, check all coolant and vacuum lines. also, for the next couple of days keep a ear out pay attention so if it comes back you can try to find it.

I heard that type of noise when coolant overflowed out of my reservoir. The heat from the engine made it evaporate very quickly, which is why I heard the hissing. However, if this was your case, I imagine you'd hear it more than once. It wouldn't hurt to check, though.
