Default Thumping sound from tires

Um, kinda confused on something.

First thing I heard a clicking noise while driving ( speeding up and slowing down like stepping on and off the gas ) Doesn't happen all the time but offent enough and has only been doing it for about a 2 months now!? I think..

I had my axles checked they are fine... I'm kinda new to this so.. forgive me idiotic question - the axle is not one piece with the outter or inner Cv joint, correct?
I didn't have Cv joint checked...
and the noises seems to be coming only from the right side of the car.. And it happens only when I start moving abruptedly and or letting off the gas pedal after just speeding up.. And its not during just aggressive driving.(noise doesn't happen all the time)

ok, next thing just the other day was driving and I heard a thumping sound from driver side of car like a flat tire. I pull over and check it no flat or anything. After that it happen again round 50 miles per hour. THen it just stop and didn't do i again, then happen again today.. while driving to work
I just got new motor mounts polyurethane - innovative mounts - for b16a in my civic coupe 97

Current setup incase this helps
b16a
CTR five lug conversion
innovative polyurethane mounts
new axles
new left and right back wheel bearings

there more but not important to my question.
thanks for listening..

this may sound stupid but have you checked the torque on your lug nuts? I had the same problem only it was more of a light thud, and turns out my lugs were loose and caused a noise every time i would accelerate or brake.

if you have performance tires, make sure they're all on the right way, so they turn in the right direction.
