Default dumb axel\diff question

ok so i think i might have blown my diff up but I'm not quite shure. sorry to post this here but it's on a turbo car and the best\smartest guy's are in here. anyways, about 3 months ago i was ******* around and did a pretty hard launch on the street with some sticky *** so-3 tires. when i let off the gas i heard a clicking noise coming from the driveterain. it didn't click on acceleration, only on deceleration and breaking. I've already replaced the driver-side Axel but the noise is still there. before i replaced that one the car wobbled pretty bad at high load\speed, but it doest do that now. i can still drive the car fine and everything but I'm worried as i will soon be driving it to v.a. where I'm currently stationed. any help will be much apriciated.
