With a JDM Engine and ECU can I still pass emmissions here in WA State?

Anyone know how I can with a JDM transplant?

You probably need to use a USDM ecu.

 

yeah i cant pass for ****...my lsv fail 2 times..so i jus payed some dude 50 bucks..ahha owell

 

i cant pass either, got a gsr motor

 

If you're really in a pinch, you can register out in Granite Falls until you can get it to pass.

 

Yeah. I hear yah on failling emissions. I'm going to try to use a USDM ecu, throw a catalytic converter, and pray!

im lucky that i dont have to do emissions this year.
i dont think i would pass.
