do you think the eagle rods will be able to handle it or do i need to switch of some different ones like pauter
as long as the bolts are 3/8 on the rods youll be ok.
as for the boost, i think closer to 30 will be the ticket.
similar setup to mine w/o the top mount though and i netted 540 so far at 28 psi, but on a tired very tired old b16.

As a street car? Or track car? because 400 is really useless on the street

Well 450-500 on pump w/ alky injection, its a real street GSR currently running an LS Trans, full interior and no cage as of yet..... I got a LSD and I am about to install an AVC-R for gear based boost, gonna see what happens.
good luck with the avc-r ben. no sarcasm, just that i havent been able to get it to work that well on a few cars. well not me personally, but a few people i know have had little or no good luck with that controller.

Yea I hear mixed responces on the AVC-R, its got to be better than just running 20lb in all 5 gears
I tend to learn the hard way so thats probably a sign of things to come.... including axles.

Well, you not gonna make 600 on pump gas.So yes race gas makes a big difference

you will need c16, we got about 400whp on pump on my car.
i did 540 on gsr cams, i have maz worx v1 turbo cams ready to go in, i have broken a gator stage 3 mod, and end of the season i will be goin with dss stage 5's. you dont need 600 whp to go 10's. low 5's with a good setup, and youll be fine. i went 10.96 with 520 and 2650 lb w/driver car weight. yes i am a fat ***.

600 should be very easy on that set up! eagle rods will be more than enough to hold the power too. RLZ tuned a car that made 651whp at 24psi w/ the gt35r. had 84 bore and bigger cams. i dont see why you wouldnt make 600 @ 25psi all day long. and what they said about pump gas, dont push it much more than 400whp. it's better on the motor and will save you tire money ha
