Default Help electronic gurus, turn signal problem

Little background... I hit a deer a while back, and insurance bought me a new fender, right headlight, and fixed a few little things. Not really that much damage done. However, ever since then my right turn signal has been blinking a little bit faster than before. I didn't really care, but last night, it fuuuucked up. When my headlights are off, it blinks faster like it did before. That I don't care about. When my lights are on, however, it blinks roughly once a second (which may not sound bad, but it is when you think about it). And once, when I was parked at the party I was at, I tried messing with it again, and NEITHER signals worked. I turned the car off and started it again, and it went back to the problem I just described (where it sucks only when the lights are on)... Help?

ye au can check yo fuses but that dosent sound like thats the problem. what you need to do is make sure all the wiring is correct. get a light tester and make sure ur getting energy ewhen u swithe th signals on. if not then ur gonna have to re-wire them. to make it easier if u need to do that, go down to ur authorized honda dealer service department and get the wiring diagrahm for ur car.

Everything is stock. I never touched anything. It's just weird that it suddenly started doing this.

It sounds like a short, that's usually what changes blinker speed like that...

And what's normal blinker speed? You said urs is about once a second...which isn't that far off...I mean what's stock, 1.3 - 1.6 seconds / flash or so? (just watched it versus a clock)

Maybe I'm wrong... But it is noticably off, believe me. It blinks maybe... Once for every four times it would normally.
