My exhaust piping is cracked :( could that be causing a low idle?

My exhaust piping is cracked :( could that be causing a low idle?

The car was ridiculously loud so i jacked it up and saw the piping was cracked, almost to the point of breaking. My car has been idling funny every since the car got louder. Could that be the issue?

exactly where is it cracked at?. it'll idle low if the craack is near the cat and the o2 sensors. theres not a registered amount of back pressure for the o2's to act correctly. therefore causing weird idles.

depends where the crack is, if it was idling weird before the crack than its not the cause, possibly electrical, check the grounds or maybe even the alternator.
