Lately, My car has been giving me problems, i dont know what it could be but its freeking me out. I used to have a check engine light from not having the secondary o2 sensor plugged when i installed headers and exhaust 2 1/2in piping. The car would make a thud sound at idle, maybe cuz the piping was too big or not enough back pressure. im not suree.

Two days ago i got a high flow cat and installed the sensor again, so no more check engine. Now the problem went from a thud at idle, to a bubbling feeling when driving sometimes + thud at idle. It sort of sounds like when your at the end of your drink but your trying to get every last drop out with the straw.

Dont know what the problem could be please help

My only mods are bolt-ons:
Header
CAI
2 1/2inch piping.

Its a single cam non vtec

Bubblind sound is probably coming from your gas tank. Pull the pump assembly and check for any irregularities, as far as the thud, get under your car, and check for clearance in the exhaust system. Look for any bare metal, a sign that it has hit up against something.

alright thanks for the tip, ill check those asap. But do you think it could have anything to do with the o2 sensor, i had to cut and extend it do get it to fit, but it looks ok. and working
