I went to start my car today and the engine came on but would not turn over. My friend believes it is the distributor, and i just want to know if there is anyway to double check this. If it turns out that it is the distributor and i need to replace it, where can i buy a replacement one. Searched the boards but didnt find any one selling an h22 distributor

Are you getting spark?

 

take out a spark plug and hook it up to a spark plug wire and ground the base of it and see if it sparks

 

Didnt thinka bout the spark plug. will check it today. Thanks for the info.
