my car wont start and we figured out that the distributor is not getting any spark. to solve the issue, i got a new distributor and still dont have any spark. what can cause this? no check engine lights or anything.

 

Well first I would check the Spark Plugs to see if there is any spark.

 

i checked the cap where the spark is suppose to come from and nothing. no spark going from the cap to the plug. im about to haul it to a mechanic but i was hoping it was going to be a simple fix.
