Does anybody know where the ABS Control Unit resides on a '94 GSR? This is not for my car, but a friend's. I've got the Helm shop manual for my gen2 and am hoping the trouble codes are the same.

 

Come on. NOBODY has a Helm manual that they could use to look this up for me?

 

Mine isn't a GSR, but it's probably the same. It's on the passenger side behind the paneling in the rear seat area. If you take off the passenger side paneling (not the door) it's right in front of the right side rear speaker.

 

I have a 95 and it is located there.

 

Thank you. I was too lazy and lacked the time to post this question yesterday.

Here's the deal, my ABS light is staying on occasionally. When I start my car, the ABS light comes on and goes out within a few seconds just like all you other Integras, but when I start to creep up my driveway, it will come back on and stay on unless I shut down the car, start it up again and drive off. My guess is a bad ABS wheel sensor but I really do not know wtf is going on.

 

I have the same problem it comes on and if I shut off the car and turn on again light disappears. It hasn't come on for a month now so I can't take it in to get it checked.
