Default clutch install

anyone know how long it would take to put in a new clucth, i have the tools. I mean is it difficult.

Do you have any idea of what kind of car you are replacing the clutch on?
Accords take around 5 hours flat rate, a Shop Manual might be handy. and an air compressor with impact for getting the axles out.

94 accord LX, coupe yes i have an air compressor. if you say five hours then it could take me awhile. but i do have a manual on my computer

on the 94 you'll need to pull off the shift linkage box from the top of the trans to have good clearance. Might be a great time to replace the rear main seal.

when i had mine done it, ,the shop computer said 5.6 hours, and for the rear seal another 2.4 hours.

2.4 for the rear main?? After the trans is off, you only have to remove the flywheel. I'm going to have to hit up my boss for some extra flatrate time from now on. LOL
Top Tech Tip for removing that seal; use a pin punch to put a small hole in the flat part of the seal then run in a small sheet metal screw. Then you can use the screw and pry the seal out easy. Be Careful not to scratch or damage the sealing surface of the crank.
