I have a 95 Integra GS-R with the following setup:
Stock b18c1 motor
Garret t3/t4 turbo .57 trim
Tial 38mm wastegate with 7psi (or 5psi whichever my set up is good for)
345cc Prelude si injectors with resistor box
Chipped p72 (will be tuned with crome)
Hks ssrq blow off valve
Rev hard log manifold w/rev hard down pipe
Getting a walbro 255 fuel pump
custom ic piping w/precision intercooler
With the injectors and the amount of boost im running (7psi) do I need a FPR? if so what is a good reliable brand to get?

No.. Your tuner will adjust your duty cycle of your injectors.. Simple as that.. I would also save my money on that Walbro Fuel Pump and put it towards tuning, because you won't need it. Just my opinion.
I made 249/192 on my stock pump with RC 440's, tuned on Chrome Pro @ 7psi on a 01 ITR..
Hmm... LESS THEN 200whp? From my experiance it worked, and worked great too..
