Default Outer Cv Boot change

Hey guy's I was just wondering if someone has an awesome write up on all the instructions on changing the outer CV boot on a 94 Rs. I did a quick search but all it came up with was minimal.

Thanks.

Not much to it. Remove old boot, clean joint (brake cleaner or turpentine works), replace c clip, install boot, pack it w/ CV grease, fasten CV boot clips/bands, and install.

you cant reuse the old bands..i believe the kits come with everything you need. is it really worth rebuilding though? you can get rebuilt axles with warantee for ~$45-$75

Why not? I slid the old one off, took off the boot, put the new one on, and slid the old band right over top. Has worked fine since last November.
