Default timing off by a gear to half a gear...will it affect my motor when i put on the turbo?

like my topics says, will the turbo hurt my motor if my timing is off by a little bit? i do have a adjustable cam gear to advance or retard my timing plus my dizzy. i just dont want to be advancing my cam gear and then retarding my dizzy or what not and messing something up. also, can i still redo my timing with the turbo on?

fix the timing belt. shouldnt take long.

if you dont youll probably be fine temporarily if u just need to drive the car a couple miles. id just be concerned with piston to valve and valve to valve clearance. the specs of the motor internals determine this

Don't be lazy do it right the first time. you wont have to be concerned with clearance issues ,fuel consupmtion or any other lil bugs b/c of timing when you boost

if the head is milled
its normal to be off by half a tooth

well i want to redo everything but it is a b!tch to get that crank bolt off. the first time i redid my timing belt it took forever to even get it all lined up...but finally i got it to half a gear so i just stuck with that. is there a certain way to redo my timing belt and even if im off by half a gear can i still correct that with my cam gear.
