Dont listen to the first answer, you can safely boost your LS engine with 100k. If you are already running uberdata then when you get your turbo kit installed have a retune with boost and get some bigger injectors.

You really need to be more specific with what you plan on doing not just yeah i have an LS xxx amoutn of miles i wanna boost it is it safe. List some things your looking to do withe the car, how much you want to spend and your power goals and by power goals i mean a realistic number for an LS engine. dont post that you want 350whp on 10 psi. its not going to happen with a bone stock LS.

Also come talk to the LS people in this forum, all your answers are already posted in the 222 pages or you can ask more as you go along

thanks alot for an honest post..also im not planning on making BIG boost of serious power, i just want to run about 6-7psi of boost to feel a little something im not too crazy about the power i will get.

you will notice a night and day difference with that much boost. The more you research the more you will find that B-series can handle lots and lots of power, but they blow up really quick if they are not tuned right. Built motors tend to handle much more detonation but can be easily blown up with bad tuning also
