Trans squeals when taking off...?
i got a dohc zc with stock DX trans in 4 door with a Act 6 puck clutch kit
sometimes when i put it into gear and begin to take off my trans squeals or what i think is my trans squealing (this only occurs when taking off) if i very carefully and slowly take off it does not squeal (i hope its not cause i suck at driving 8(.... does anybody have any idea what this could be? could it just be the aftermarket clutch? the throw out bearing is brand new....
and clutch does not slip or fail to engage when it makes the noise either
and also my passenger side axle leaked....can this be causing the noise?

i had the same thing happen....and it sounds crazy but my ac fan was being pushed into the radiator by my exhaust manifold when i accelerated and causing the fan to slightly 'squeel' or scratch my rad. it made an awful squeeling sound. it happened to me right after i installed my clutch. i guess i mounted my engine closer to the front of the car when i reinstalled it? but i just loosened the motor mounts and moved the motor back about a 1/4" and it stopped. just an idea.
