Just replaced stock clutch on 93 cx. There seems to be a clicking noise more often than not. Loud in 1st,2nd, then gets quieter in later gears. Do i need to adjust the clutch?

You replaced the stock clutch with another stock clutch, or an aftermarket? Did you put in a new throw out bearing and pilot bearing? How about the fluid in the trans? Did you change it or check it? A little more info and I'll do my best to help. I've done a dozen or so clutches from an 87 Nissan Stanza to a 2006 RSX-S. Just fill us in on everything that happened. Oh, have you tried driving on jack stands or a lift to make sure it's the trans making the noise and not something with a half shaft rubbing?

I'll have to check on the half shafts for sure, it does sound more like something is rubbing rather than coming from inside the tranny.

I checked with the shop and I have a loose axel. Could a loose axel make a clicking noise?
