When you're looking for a turbo manifold make sure you find one that is "AC Compatible". Most websites that you can order from will tell you if it's AC compatible.

If you're looking to turbo your D now and boost the B later you will have to buy a new manifold. You might be better of waiting to do your swap before you boost.

You can keep your a/c, but you wont be able to do a 3" down pipe.

Why not? Down pipe size has nothing to do with A/c or not. Its the manifold and size of the turbo that will let you keep a/c.

Depending on how everything is setup a 3" could cause you to loose AC.

Best thing to do is find an AC compatible turbo setup.

I have heard about downpipes rubbing against the fan on the AC, so it could be a problem, correct me if Im wrong though.
