Default del sol trunk key hole

i just bought a 93 del sol from an auction and is there a way i can open the trunk? the key hole for the trunk is gone.

What year is it? Certain years came with a cable release. Maybe the previous owner installed poppers? Contact the auctions and try and figure out where it came from and talk to them. Its worth a shot

i dont think poppers were installed. i think someone tried to break into the trunk.

damnnnnnnnn, that sucks hardcore. 93-94 del sols didnt come with trunk release levers. Good luck getting it open. Maybe try a body shop? they do tricks like that all the time

well i would go to a shop first and ask them about how they go about opening em before i go smashing my taillight. Also, I doubt that would do you much good. Just go to a locksmith or something...there has to be a way to get it open and someone is in the business of doing it. Good luck.

it can be many things, bad bulbs, the clips unplugged, a short in the harness, bad connection.

sweet....some dumbasses broke into my car trying to steal my amp and subs in my trunk but they could find a latch cause i also have a 93....

just go to a local muffler shop..i did mine for 175 for 2.5" piping and brought my own muffler
