Default Precision 1000cc, did i get screwed????

Ok i bought precision 1000cc injectors from a honda memeber here...claimed it had under 5 - 6 dyno pulls....well 6 months later, i finally got all my stuff put togther and began tuning today using Crome....

Im using Fuel tools 2, ABT 2+, 1.5 rtpdl, and removed check sum, runing on p30 ecu and base code...i started with the multiplier around .24 thought that would be reasonable place to start...but the car wouldnt start....and i had to richin it up to get it going...

Long story short, my fuel mutliplier ended up being around .46 idling at 14.7-15.0, pur likes a kitten, but not 1000cc. It came out to be approx 550s cc sized injectors (calculated by crome)...did i get screwed and got sold on some 550s, when i was told it was 1000cc? any other way to check the actual size thanks!

flow them... get a beaker out that will do 1 Liter...1000cc's ... unbolt your fuel rail...place 1 injector over the beaker... trip your fuel pump relay so that your fuel pump turns on...and stays running. get a stop watch and a 12v power and ground wires. when you;re ready apply power and ground to corresponding pins on the injector and apply power for 1 minute. after the time is up...look and see how much fuel you have in your beaker.

or...get 1 of them flowed by a local injector service place.

Ok i get it now.....u set your fuel multiplier to the correct injector settings, and start off with an guessitmate offset and try to get it to stoich as close as possible, and them from there tune your maps, using that mulitplier with that offset....

i guess this plugin was used to help control different latency for different injectors, thus giving you a better idle control...hmmm ill try it tomarrow!
