Default Feedbacks on Ebay crank pulley? And are they interchangeable?

Anyone on here tried the crank pulley on ebay? Also are they interchangeable between the h23 and h22? or any honda engine since you need a new belt anyways.

I'm in the market for one, so let me know if you got one for sale too.

Thanks
-Henry

Who knows... if it's built well... what materials they actually use.. the last thing you want is for the whole thing to fall apart while you're whomping on the motor

you might not want to risk your motor on an ebay pulley.. the crank is very sensitive to vibrations .. etc

even some people using Ur pulleys have had failures

I would not want to use a ebay pulley. I'd be worried about it's design and construction and what material is used. As noted I've seen UR pulley's break (very rarely) but if those break, I definitely wouldn't trust a ebay one. AFAIC the only ebay things that don't matter are intakes and exausts. After that from header's to engine parts themselves can differ greatly in performance, fit and durability when compared to name brand companies. Basically on get ebay intakes and exausts and I'm sure some people would fight me on the exausts too.

i agree with that

there are some things you can buy the generic version of with no real concequences

but the crank pulley for 10$ on ebay is not worth risking your motor

a broken crank or oil pump isnt worth the 1-2 whp that you MIGHT get w/ the ur or any other cheap "power pulley". and yes i have personally seen both happen before, more than once.

if you really need a crank pulley"harmonic balancer" get a new factory pulley. if your making ALOT more power over stock or have drastically changed the internalls of the motor then i would recommend ATI, or FLUIDAMPR.
