Ok here's the deal.
I just installed a stock cx intake mani on my jdm d15b (pulled the charger off so I can get it smogged), the im was pretty old and crusty looking,
I had to use alot of pb blaster on the throttle to get it to open/close smoothly.

SO I got it all installed and now there is a LOUD high piched squealing noise,
you can hear it loudest around the throttle area.
but it sounds like it might be coming from the fuel rail.. hard to pin point exactly.

Also the car idles at 1500rpm!

when i cover the hole inside the tb, the idle drops some

 

your car is f*ucked up

 

get a new throttle body assembly, i cant understand some of the abreviations u made so thts as much as i can help
