if i have FMU do i still need fuel pressure regulaotr??
It depends. Most FMU's will not control fuel pressure between idle and vacuum. The stock FPR's job is to ramp the fuel pressure up by ~10 psi between idle (20" of vacuum) and atmospheric pressure (0 psi/0").
FMU's like the JR FMU do not start increasing fuel pressure until they hit 0"/0psi. So, your fuel pressure will not rise under vacuum...not what you want.
Some FMU's like the Cartech can control fuel pressure under vacuum to a very small extent. I believe the Vortech SFMU can do it all.

no FPR... just Hondata and Injectors and Fuel Pump
By the way, im putting on another drag 3 kit.
Someone clear this up for me please before I go crazy.

Yes, the AEM FPR is fine, it's not an FMU. You are supposed to raise fuel pressure with Hondata if I am not mistaken...Dustin probably knows the specifix!
Your car comes stock with an FPR that raises fuel pressure under boost. That's all you need an FPR for. If your stock one has no trouble maintaining stock idle fuel pressure with a high flow fuel pump, then you don't need another.
i know... some people were sayin to buy an additional fpr like AEM. i was wonderin "for whut?". i figured you didnt need one.. Hondata, injectors, and highflow intank fuel pump should be sufficient enough. at least dustin cleared it up.
I thought I say somewhere that with Hondata they wanted to to run 440CC injectors at list 60 PSI base pressure? Maybe I've just had too much crack though?
