can anyone tell me the differences between a FMU and a raising rate fuel pressure regulator??

Too little info. Do you have injectors or a pump?
I think that you are a little confused. An FMU IS a rising rate fuel pressure regulator. As boost increases, the FMU increases the amount of fuel that is sent to your injectors. A normal FPR (fuel pressure regulator) sets the fuel pressure at one point. Your car stock comes with a fuel pressure regulator.
