Default Rebuilding the block, is it worth it!?

So i'm planning to rebuild a b16a block and install some new CTR piston oversized, hone and bore the block to 81.5 with new type R oil pump. My question is, is it really worth the time and money? Will i even notice any kind of gain? I already have some CTR cams installed with the springs and retainers. I'm hoping with the CTR pistons raising the compression, i'll gain more power. So is it worth the time and money?
