Default Low Idle

Last week I replaced the valves in the head (shifted into 2nd insted of 4th to make a long story short). After having everything bolted up I slipped on the timing belt and let the car warm up to operating temp. Then I proceded to time into to time it just as it calls for in the book. But now I noticed the Idle will stay consistantly low (about 500-550rpms) This is defiently too low for a 95 B18c engine. Do you guys have any Idea what could be causing this?Everything has been gone over at least twice. If I can figure this out it would help with a lot of headaches!! Thanks in advance.

Try adjusting the screw on the Throttle Body. You could also check your timing, some cases if the timing is advanced the rpms are elevated.
