Default how to disconnect O2 sensor in 94 GSR?

I'm installing a new header but I'm getting stuck cause i can't seem to disconnect the O2 sensor from my stock cat. I'm just trying to unplug the plastic part, not the part that hooks up to the cat. How do i unplug this thing??

well, can't i just unplug the electrical (plastic) part of it and then take the sensor part off the cat?

also, what size of the bolt of the sensor? it's like bigger than 18mm

i picked up a o2 sensor socket at autozone, does wonders, there is a slot in the socket for the wire so you dont twist the wire off. and the size is 7/8"

if i remember correctly for the plastic part you have to kind of squeeze, pull and wiggle at the same time. for the bolt of the sensor use a monkey/cresent wrench.

That was awesome..... it dont get no easier than that. I recently had to un-plug mine, you need to get both hands up there, one to push on the tab while holding the top part of the harness and the other to pull the plug out..... its not that hard.
