Smaller size O2 sensor?
I'm seeing if it's possible to get a smaller size O2 sensor for the secondary one on the back of the usdm cat. By smaller, I mean shorter, so that it'd be easier to install with an adapter extension without it banging against the underside of the car. Does anyone know about smaller O2 sensors?
I found this one, but it says it's for lawnmowers and motorcycles. Plus the diameter looks smaller, so might need an adapter for the regular size O2 bung.

Re: Smaller size O2 sensor
I can't say much about using a smaller sensor, but have you considered using a 90 degree extension/non-fouler? I have one on my em1, has a thunder bolt race cat on it & a normal sensor hits the floor board, with the 90 degree adapter on it clears. I only use it because I still have to deal with emissions where I live, keeps me from damaging the sensor and keeps it from throwing a check engine light on my stock ecu.

I don't care at all about people judging. It's me, I want it to look and drive nice because I work on the exhaust. It's an integrity thing. Having integrity for the whole caR, not just the outside that we can see.
