BLACK OILY CRAP in my TB!!
Well i just got my engine and there is BLACK OILY CRAP that smells like gasoline in the TB and as far as i can reach into the TB. WTF is this crap?? is my engine fucked already??? Feels like oil but smells like gasoline!! Normal??

if you have a leaky valve seal and a chipped valve you can blow both gas and oil around... and depending on the car it can go right to the TB...

bump for more for you, but take the breather tube off your intake and see if it is putting out smoke or if it is just putting out alot of air, also the tube that goes from the valve cover to the intake manifold take that off the intake mani and see if it is blowing out smoke also, but connect them up again before driving it.

well the thing is the engine is still on the pallet...just got it on wedensday. I took the intake off and looked inside and it is all covered with oily crap. Took a look inside the TB and same ****!!! MORE INFO!!
