The motor has 114k on it. What all will I have to do to prep the engine for around 15lbs of boost and what kind of hp numbers might I expect? Also, how much would I be looking to spend on rebuilding the motor and the turbo setup. Thanks for all of your help!

For 15 psi your looking at new rods, new pistons, golden eagle sleeves, ARP head studs minimum. So just for internals (parts only) that's about $2000. With an LS though, I think turbo is the way to go. It's the only way to make decent power without vtec. Well okay, not the only way, but the easiest anyway.
