Headgasket/taking apart engine

so I've flushed the radiator and taken the bolts out of the valve cover as well as took the header off now I need to take my supercharger off which I have no idea how to do that and also where is the drain plug on the block?

it should be behind the block uder/by the oil fiter cant rem
