I used it on my block and it bleached my whole block and took off paint from my heat shield how can i get the block tolook normal again

I soaked my oil pan and valve cover in it in the sink in my garage overnight. Really made the valve cover look good I thought.

He likely squirted it on the block full strength while the engine was still installed.

Hot tanking the block would probably help and a coat of paint.

yes the engine was still installed... i was using degreaser because of an oil leak so i put some in a squirt bottle and put some on the block and cleaned up most of my engine bay with it.. the only problem is that my block where it says B18B1 and my dizzy and near the tranny is all faded like crap

Means you need to wet it and scrub its just residue from the purple power.

you can try aluminum bright, just don't get it on anything else. it is acid.

If your talking about the left over white residue that can just be sprayed off, if its nice and dry then you might have to do some wiping. Full strength PP is some strong $hit!!
