hey i have a 96 accord, and it runs very well.... except when the engine is cold. when i start it up and start to drive away, sometimes it seem like i just lose fuel for a second, so it bogs, then it comes back, and it jerks and revs again. its really annoying. i thought maybe fuel filter, so i changed that (it was just jammed with crap), but that didnt fix it, plugs are good, etc.. im thinking maybe a sensor of some sort? i dont get a check engine lights or anything so i dunno. any idea's are appreciated, thanks.

 

check to see that both the fitv and iacv are cleaned and functioning properley.

 

you say when its cold only how do you run your car mine does that also my valve seals are done when its cold my car does the same thing after it burns out all the oil it runs like a champ when you rev your motor does blue smoke come out the exhaust
