hi my 93 ls is having some idle problems, it acts the same as acuras and hondas with bad idle air control valves. from 1000rpm to 2000rpm constantly. well i replaced the idle air valve, tps, triple checked for and vaccuum leak and nothing, just wondering if anyone has had the same problem and know what it may be. thanks ~scott

 

make sure your fule filter is clean as well. check your injectors see if any of them are clogged. if all fails take it to a machanic.

 

i would say "do a search for idle solutions on team integra i posted it there because i had problems also and i found it on another site" but it seams that thread has been lost or something?? i found a g2 website through yahoo search when entering something like weird idle or acura/integra idle problem but it does sound like when my FIT (fast idle thermo) valve was "unscrewed." it is the one under the TB take off the end cap and you should see a white plastic donut (if you will) with two slotts in it surrounding another peice. put a standard screwdriver in one of these slotts and make sure it is fully tightened clockwise it is kind of tricky to tighten so be careful. that is what one of my problems was good luck
