idle problem

i dont know why when my 91 ls 4dr is in idle it revs it self constantly does anyone konw what this is. itz drivin me krazy this has really got to stop.

Check out the Idle air control valve or the Fast idle thermo valve. those are two things that have been known to cause idle revving.
