Default How many miles on a tank of gas...

I usually never care or check but I filled up completely and ran the car down to a little past the low-fuel light.

I got 435 miles on a tank and I wasn't trying to conserve gas. I was rather surprised. That about what everyone else is doing? Car is a 05 LX Sedan 5-speed.

I picked up about 398mi. on a tank, when I was giving a better than average pressure on the engine (meaning 4,000rpm shift points), so I'd say yes.

I filled up my wifes O5 Civ Lx special edition 5speed today

Took 9.91 galons @ 390 miles. The most ever was 464 and the car took 12 gallons. Car has a 13 gallon tank. She drives mostly roads that are 35-55 mph roads. So she is getting around 38 39 mpg

Pretty good I think

I can pull 550 miles out of my 2002 coupe 5-speed if I choke another 2 or 3 gallons down after the pump clicks off. That's about 41 MPG w/o the a/c on driving 65 or under at 75% highway use. Travelling at 75+ mph the mileage drops to around 36mpg. I have learned tire pressure also notably influences fuel economy so I try and keep them at 32psi. One low tire in the mid 20psi range can reduce your mileage by 10%.
