question about timing???

i know for sure that white is at TDC...and what is the black mark then red then black again...what are the corresponding degrees to those marks??? thanks

the marks are actually blue. First blue mark is 14 degrees, red is 16 degrees, 2nd blue is 18 degrees.

thanks bro...thats what i thought just wanted to make sure...mine is at 16 right now...is that stock? if i go to 18 will it give me any problem??? thanks for the detail info..
